Our kitchen is very well equipped with all the pots, pans, utensils you should need. We have a dishwasher, microwave and a 90cm electric oven and gas stove.

In the bathrooms we provide hand soap, body soap and a couple of days’ worth of toilet paper - please bring enough for your stay. We do not supply shampoo or conditioner.

We provide dish washing soap, dishwasher powder, sponges and all the cookware and kitchen utensils you could need (we hope).

Pricing

**Note; the below prices include the Victorian Governments 7.5% short-stay tax levy.

Minimum 5 nights

Autumn - Winter standard rates
April 1 – October 31

Mid week (5 nights)  : $3800

5 nights including weekend  : $4500

 

Spring- Summer standard rates
November 1 – March 31

Mid week (5 nights)  : $4000

3 nights including weekend  : $4800

Minimum over Christmas, New Years and Easter of 7 nights. Each attract a 15% surcharge.

 

The Rules

No parties – Our peaceful farm is for rest and relaxation.

  1. No pets – To protect our wildlife, livestock, and gardens.

  2. No smoking anywhere on the property.

  3. Guests must be 12+ years old – This is for safety on our working farm.

  4. Farm safety – Please do not open any gates except the main entrance, and remain within the fenced house paddock at all times.

  5. Bring your own linen, towels, doona, and pillows. A mattress with protector is provided.

  6. Rubbish – Please take all rubbish with you.

  7. No shoes indoors – Help keep the house clean and comfortable.

  8. Water conservation – We are on tank water, so please keep showers short.
